The HipHop Chronicles a Hip-Hop mix show designed with public radio in mind. HHC is built with hip-hop audio documentaries, "This day in Hip-Hop history" facts, exclusive one-on-one artist interviews, new music, album reviews, On-Air listening parties, and socially conscience news and old school music.

 

HHC addresses the political and social issues that affect the Hip-Hop generation, with in-depth conversations with political analysts, social activists, journalists and community leaders. HHC also features entertainment news, motivation tips, industry tips, mixes by an all-star DJ team, and an international Hip-Hop segment that features hip-hop music by artists all over the world.

HHC is hosted and produced by Mike Nyce, with contributions from Dr Jared Ball, The legendary ChuckD

Civ Jones, Frank Johnson, Kariz Marcel, Dj DVS, DJ Terminator X, Star Brooks, WildMan Steve, Raven the Blazin Eurasian, Tim Einenkel,Duke Eatmon, Ron Maskell, Dr Lisa Weah, Mikko Kapanen ,  Amkelwa Mbekeni and Gia'na Garel.

In this segment of the Hip Hop Chronicles, Mike Nyce talks with local activists from the Baltimore Housing Roundtable and Fight Blight Baltimore about their movement to rebuild blighted city neighborhoods and create fair housing and job opportunities in the inner city.
