Possible tornado touchdown in Queen Anne's County

http://www.weather.gov

Residents in Queen Anne's County are cleaning up the damage from what may have been a tornado early this morning.  The storm hit around 2 a.m., causing major damage to homes and bringing down trees and power lines.  As many as eight-thousand customers were without power in Queen Anne's County.  Much of the wind damage was concentrated in the area of Stevensville and Bay City near Route 8.  There is no word yet on any injuries.  Meanwhile,  the morning commute was be tough around parts of Harford County.  Heavy rains left some roads flooded last night, and some roads were even closed.  The National Weather Service says three inches of rain fell in the area and some cars were stranded in the flooding.  Flood Warnings are in effect until around 7:00 this morning for Harford and Baltimore counties.
