Singer Seinabo Sey spent time growing up in Sweden, her mother's home country, and in Gambia, where her dad was a well-known musician. She has paid tribute to both places with her first two EPs, For Madeleine and For Maudo. Today on World Cafe, she tells how her upbringing has influenced her music, and we get to hear exclusive live performances. As a part of our Sense of Place visit, we had the wonderful opportunity to go on a walk in Stockholm to see sites that were important in Sey's life.
