Pugh unveils crime reduction plan update, new staffers

Mayor Catherine Pugh on Wednesday introduced her three-point "violence-reduction plan" that includes providing free college tuition to Baltimore's young people.

Pugh unveiled the crime-fighting proposal that contains a focus on repeat offenders and increasing police clearance rates, providing more resources for addiction recovery and training and employing young people, including making Baltimore Community College free for students starting next year.  Pugh says additional crime-fighting strategies will be announced later this month.
