Governor Larry Hogan delivered his fourth State of the State address Wednesday, telling a joint session of the General Assembly that his administration has worked hard over the past three years to usher in a new spirit of bipartisanship.
In his roughly 20-minute speech, the Republican governor touted past accomplishments andpromoted his legislative agenda. Specifically, Hogan called on lawmakers to support his various tax cut bills, an education accountability measure and his version of paid sick leave legislation. He also pledged to offset any negative local impacts from the federal tax cuts.
