Annapolis Summit: Hogan, Miller and Busch Differ on Education Spending

Today more than 100 attendees came to Governor Calvert House for the 12th Annual Annapolis Summit, hosted by WEAA's Marc Steiner and The Daily Record. Among the issues discussed was education spending and the state's budget, a point on which Gov. Larry Hogan and Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller and House Speaker Michael Busch differed.
