WEAA’s Marc Steiner, along with The Daily Record, hosted the 12th annual Annapolis Summit today at the Governor Calvert House, with nearly 150 people in attendance. Among the key issues discussed was the Phosphorous Management Tool, which was introduced under the administration of former Governor Martin O’Malley but was postponed. While Gov. Larry Hogan, Senate President Thomas V. Mike Miller and House Speaker Michael Busch were in general agreement on the health of the Chesapeake Bay as a priority, they remain divided on what happens next regarding the PMT.
